Pretty Sneaky… for an 8 year old…

Our 2nd grad daughter developed a plan to go into the guest room which she is not allowed in, obtained her cousins ipad, turned it on, used the pass code that was not given to her, proceeded to play a game… messed up the game and changed settings.  This process took the whole afternoon when she would volunteer to take things upstairs, or bring down items.  Then lied about it.  She later confessed and we discussed her punishment of said actions.  She will not have electronics for a week.  3 days for using ipad without permission, 2 days for lying, 1 day for the second offense changing/altering a game on ipad,, 1 day for going into someone else’s space.  She did not respond to lack of privileges but appeared to be very smug looking, again no remorse, no apologies, we anticipate and will be awaiting her repercussions.
